Sounil Yu is the CISO and Head of Research at JupiterOne. Previously, he was CISO-in-Residence at YL Ventures and Chief Security Scientist at Bank of America. He created the Cyber Defense Matrix and the DIE Triad, which are reshaping approaches to cybersecurity. He's a Board Member of the FAIR Institute; co-chairs Art into Science: A Conference on Defense; is a visiting fellow at GMU Scalia Law School's National Security Institute; teaches at Yeshiva University; and advises many startups.
Incident Response (IR) expert MacKenzie Brown and three MSPs that conduct IR will share their experiences on SMB breaches.
MacKenzie Brown brings both technical and research experience to her role as an Incident Manager, for Microsoft’s global customer facing incident response team, DART. In her current role, MacKenzie works to transform global customers by utilizing Microsoft’s security solutions, and threat intelligence of adversary tradecraft, for either proactive or reactive cybersecurity support and crisis management. Idaho-born MacKenzie Brown has submersed herself into Boise’s technology scene, dedicating time and support to local cybersecurity and technology-based groups in the community for over the past decade. Her passions include bridging tech sectors gaps, with a focus on areas such as women in technology, cybersecurity recruiting, and mentorship.
